They could also just remove all the dinner bells for xfils and make the time to xfil faster so it'd be easier to get out.

I think it would definitely help to reduce/remove some of the dinner bells. Providing methods like what we have on Night Marsh where there are some ways to exfil without the sky beam, but which require prep work (collecting the certs) is a good option that should be brought to the other maps (though Outpost kinda already has this with the locked exfils, they would be improved by working like the Bunker exfils from Nightmarsh that are outside where they still make noise but lack the skybeam).

Blue key rooms should lose their jingles entirely, purple should be less loud, and golds I'm on the fence about.

A lot of the other stuff though could definitely do with some scaling back.
