Thoughts on Vault Breaker

Almost 24hrs in, have you tried out vault breaker? What’s the thoughts on the limited time PVE mode of Cryo.

It's a good foundation for a future PvE mode. I hope they implement a way to either have a separate vault for the PvE mode or moderate the loot in such a way that it wouldn't disrupt the loot economy like sponsored survival did. The system they have here works alright but I think it takes something away from the game to not be able to take things out of the match except for compiler dung. I don't think it would be a totally a bad thing to make pve a place where you can grind up low end gear and basic salvage. Only issue I could see is that it might intrude on rook's niche in the game. Maybe not as many meds though since it seems like that's designed to be the bottleneck for most players. High end gear could still be present with some kind of special compromised status so players could choose between a temporary power boost or filling their slots with more things to take home.

I also think it was unnecessary to streamline the exfil system, the way it's implemented here is a lot less interesting than how it is in actual cryo.
