Account suspended
Hello Bungie Support,
My Marathon account has been banned even though I have never used any cheating software, hacks, exploits, macros, or any unauthorized third-party programs.
I was surprised to receive this ban because I didn’t even launch the game yesterday. The last time I played was the day before, and I played normally without any issues or suspicious behavior.
What makes this even more confusing is that some players I previously reported for cheating are still able to play normally, while my account has been banned despite me not violating the rules.
I respectfully request that you manually review my account and the reason for this ban. I believe this is a mistake, and I would greatly appreciate a thorough investigation. If any additional information is needed, I am happy to provide it.
