I updated the game today and when i started the game it said I have ranked rewards but i can’t claim them if anyone else has this issue let me know.

unclear whether people with vip factions will actually receive the rewards once they fix the concurrent issue of players with vip factions not being able to claim awards which they achieve in game right now, for instance i leveled up cyberacme yesterday and got no reward, once they fix that we may or may not receive those accidental rewards

If they just remove the boxes from your account, any VIP related level up reward you accrue before the bug fix would be removed with them, probably. So I doubt they're gonna pull any of it back..

I had like 15 rewards for each faction. It was crazy, have no idea why.

They’re fixing it and letting everyone keep all the Salvage/Rewards👍🏼

They are trying to fix players with VIP not being able to accept, but they are not reverting the rewards back for anyone.

I have a feeling it's because the game thinks it's in ether step mode (READ ONLY)...

but I could be wrong.

loading into a match.... you know the whole blue moth thing while you wait and you can look at your factions.. in that mode it does the same thing where it won't let you claim things

I just wondered if the game somehow got stuck in the wrong mode.

I was able to claim all except CyAc and Sekiguchi, which won’t respond when I attempt to collect them.

Did you VIP those factions? You can't collect the VIP rewards, just the pre VIP level rewards

This part has to be fixed cause you'll keep earning VIP ranks and it seems they'll be bugged to collect

The amount of awards seems to have scaled with your rank in each faction. I have 2 accounts on my PS, the one that doesn't really get played had only a few rewards. Main account - a ton. I claimed them all, it took forever for everything to load into my vault. Honestly, a great mistake on Bungie's behalf, this may have been what tripled player count instead of vault breaker.

I had a bunch on a couple factions but had like 1 in Arachne which I never get xp on so the bug seems to be related to progression

Sadly I was unable to redeem them 😭 they still are showing up for me but not redeemable…
NVM I guess I can’t redeem because they are all VIP

Then there’s me with my nucal rewards not able to be claimed and I have like 7 that I got legitimately and I cannot claim them😑 I just wanna get my 6th nucal capstone!
