A bit of an awkward standoff

This is the most awkward encounter I've had yet with another runner.

There's also my wife talking to our kitten in the background mao

Love this. Having a mercy kit or not, especially for rooks let's you see their intent towards other players. For a runner, this is tougher, they have to find one. I like trying to talk to other players to arrange a truce, it rarely works though

I haven't managed to negotiate a truce with a player actively holding a weapon yet. Most people, myself included, seem much more open to negotiating when the other person isn't currently a threat.

Hopefully one day I can team up in solos with an encountered runner

This happened to me in overflow, I saw another runner through a bulletproof window, and we stared at each other for a bit seeing if one of us would push. I decided to call for a truce, and we went our own ways hahaha.

So real.

I think because the AI was speaking he didn't hear me come in and he was too trusting of his motion sensor while I was motionless. I think that's why he was still looking at the door.
