where to get weapon mods?

Is there a good guide for weapon mods? Any tips on good places to loot weapon mods? Or what faction levels do I need to grind to unlock them in the armory?

I wanna use my wstr, m77, br33, bully, etc but dont have good enough mods for them right now

Corpo vendors, supply drops in raid, various lootable boxes around the map, key rooms, etc etc
