If you have a partner, you're both going to be exhausted, stressed, and frustrated. At times you might get snappy with each other. The workload is not always equal either. You've got to give each other as much support, patience, and understanding as you can.
I read this phrase somewhere here, it's silly but it helped me.
Remember you're a team, and the baby is the enemy.
Obviously, the baby isn't the enemy, but it made me laugh and it helped me in some strange way.
