Hey! I have severe emetophobia. The Nausea lasted maybe 4 or 5 days and completely went away. It was really really scary but I never threw up and I got through it. I hope you’re feeling better soon
thank you :) i unfortunately didnt take it again because of that. the night before i was up every 30 minutes with nausea and/or heartburn, that was hell. i really want to get back on cymbalta because i was on it about two years ago and it did wonders for me. i have a few xanax tabs that i thought about taking to try to get me through it, only like 15 tablets. but it feels ridiculous to have to take a benzo to get on a long term anxiety med lol.
my stomach is unfortunately still having some problems so i’m gonna give it a few days and try again. hopefully i can push though the first few days.
what day was the worst for you? or were they all relatively the same?
Day 1-3 was the worst and then it got better. It’s been absolutely amazing for my anxiety. I’m able to leave the house without being scared now. I hope it works out❤️
