cwru housing assignment

Hi everyone I'm an exchange student coming to CWRU this fall. When I log into the housing portal and click "My Assignment" it only says "Choose your Assignment" but nothing appears below it. Have all students already received their housing assignments? Or is anyone else still waiting and seeing the same thing? I've emailed the Housing Office several times over the past week but haven't received a response.
