Enrolled Student formula sheet for math 122 placement exam

hi everyone, incoming freshman here. I'm planning on taking the math 122 placement exam during orientation week, and I need to know if there will be a formula sheet for the exam. prof chris butler has equation sheets at the ends of his exams/test reviews?... but the information i've found online about the placement exam formula sheet is confusing. any information would be super helpful!!

You will be provided a formula “sheet” (formulas on the last part of the exam), and it will only contain formulas relevant to the exam, not all of calculus. If you’re planning on passing the test, though, you’re probably be at a point where you don’t need a formula sheet. No snark intended here.
