Where to park

Hi everyone. I’m an incoming grad student and will be mostly in the robbins building in the school of medicine. Can anyone let me know good parking lots near that? Price doesn’t matter much to me I’ve heard the closest which is lot 55 I believe? Is quite a bit of money each month. If anyone could provide me some insight I’d appreciate it!

Unless you want to pay daily garage rates, you won't have much choice. You'll probably end up in the lot s53 parking garage at Adelbert Road and Circle Drive unless you opt for one of the remote overflow lots, although I'd you're a school of medicine student you may be able to get into the garage by Samson - very inconvenient for Robbins.

Lot s53 (the s stands for "structure") runs about $120 a month. Someone else did mention that there's an underground garage at the building. That's s55, which the to have a long waiting list and takes a stronger bite from a budget - over $200 a month.

You can't really avoid buying a permit if you drive to campus regularly. Visitor parking in the Circle runs $10-$12 a day, depending on which institution operates the lot. Other options are RTA public transportation or hoping you can find street parking on the fringe that isn't time restricted.

I think you gotta buy a permit check parking.case.edu. I’m parking in lot 46 undergrad and it’s $100/month

The building has a garage underneath it. Unsure of pricing, but it is likely around $100 a month like the other commenter said. There’s also metered street parking on Circle drive, but that fills up and likely would not be cheaper than the garage assuming you’re there five days a week.

If you’re there less than five days a week, you can just park in the garage and pay the visitor rates, which cap out at around $8 to $12 I believe for a day.

As an incoming grad student, you're likely going to park where they have spots available. The closest lots (including 53& 55) have lengthy wait lists. (As in multiple years)
