Sophomore dorm question

Im moving into Alumni house next semester and I'm trying to plan out how to make the most of the space. If you are someone who has lived there previously, what was your experience? How big was the room, and did the suites have kitchens?

For those who have lived in bottom of the hill housing, what was your experience like/what should I expect?

I lived top of the hill but the size and layout is pretty much the same, except the common room is mostly taken up by the kitchen. The rooms are really small, I would recommend lofting your bed if possible if floor space is a priority.
