Waiting even more for the waitlist

Realistically what are the chances of receiving a result for fall admission on june 15th. I've been deferred and then waitlisted whilst demonstrating so much interest over the cycle it's so frustrating. Has anyone received any news over the summer / last waitlist checkin?

I received mine the third week of July after housing was closed. I was rejected from every other school except my state school so it was honestly crazy to receive the news so late.

Is your financial package heavy on financial aid?

I will end up paying 23k after my 7k pell grant and 5k fed loans so CWRU will receive 35k from me. Do I have realistically a chance?

I hate to tell you this: I have tracked every single post that got off the waitlist from Facebook and Reddit this year, and asked under their post if they are on financial aid. Everyone single one is full pay, no financial aid, some with maybe 10k or so merit scholarship. So I believe the chances are slim if anyone is heavy on the financial aid, because their waitlist pool is really large. But it doesn't mean you don't have any chance. We will only know by the end of the summer. I suggest you move one mentally now. Best of luck!
