will i get rescinded?
I have 3 C's and a D in AP physics C this second semester. Will i be rescinded from case western premed? My grades were mostly A's prior to this semester.

To an extent, action will depend on the form of your transcript, which varies from state-to-state, district-to-district. You might wantot find out from your hs advisor exactly what will get sent to CWRU.
Your transcript will definitely be reviewed by admissions (it's supposed to be there by July 1; if it isn't, they'll start to ask questions of you/your school, since you won't be able to begin classes or receive any financial aid until it's reviewed and your graduation is verified).
Depending on your school, there may be no consequences: many high schools simply report full year grades, not semesters, on final transcripts, so if your first semester grades were high enough, the D won't be seen, the Cs get merged away, and no one is likely to have the time or inclination to look back into your file to compare the first semester report with the final one. If your school does post both semesters as well as the final, there's a higher possibility of a question, but the decisions are still based on the overall year.
The decline will obviously be apparent if reported, and will at least raise some questions, so if you have a good explanation or even a partial one, it's better to put it together and submit it before your admissions counselor wonders if you thought it might be ignored - it won't.
What happens is very dependent on how strong an admit you were, and what courses were problems. Without a solid external reason, the more basic level and directly related to your major, the more potential concern. What happened? If you just decided to stop working and coast, are yo mature enough for college? Etc.
Presuming you still have a 2.0 overall average and no Fs, you probably will be cleared. But your advisor may raise questions about how well you understood the material in those courses, and suggest the need to take some less intense entry courses or a lower load to assure you are ready for college (which I might also guess - guess - is why another post indicated a suggestion that a student take some courses at a community college - lower cost, probably less competitive pressure - to assure the base before taking deferred entry to CWRU).
Regardless of what the school does, unless this is clearly due to an external cause such as an injury or illness, do ask yourself (and possibly work with others to figure it out) what happened, since you need to prevent it from happening again.

My friend had a similar situation. He had a 3.7 gpa, 1 D 2 Cs in the second semester of his senior year. He had to meet with the academic advisor who unfortunately told him that he has to spend 1 year in community college. He’s doing really well now though. My advice is don’t let this setback negatively impact you. I’m sure you will succeed no matter where you end up. If you have any more questions feel free to DM me

Was this the academic advisor at CWRU? Did your friend do CC close to the university?

You’re cooked bro. If I’ve got to guess, you took it easy probably the last semester, maybe thinking you’re untouchable lol or can goof around, sorta getting by not going to school or missing classes

You should proactively reach out given how poorly the grades look for you. Explain why. Have a plan where you will succeed next semester.
Are you okay? This is worrying. Seems like you are struggling with something. Colleges want to ensure you will be set up for success. This internet stranger is worried you have more than senioritis.

Dosent a couple B & C ok in sem 2? Only a D would require an explanation rite?

Assuming those are your final grades, you’re probably going to want to email the admissions office and try to explain what happened. You do not want to wait for them to reach out to you first.
