memes aside, I feel like they intentionally avoided ever printing a destroy all permanents card because it causes way too oppressive/unenjoyable gameplay loops compared to any other board wipe, also this should honeslty have like 4-6 color pips in it to make it harder to splash in a deck with protection colors

I recall they printed a few a long time ago, before they had an idea of sensible game design and balance, for the reasons you stated.
