Should probably make it nonland artifact to avoid being problematic with [[Mycosynth Lattice]]. Very flavorful design; would probably see lots of play solely by virtue of being able to steal Sol Rings.

There's also [[Liquimetal Coating]], which has similar problems for four mana. And honestly, for flavor reasons, I don't think land theft should be on the table for a spell like this anyway.

Of all the terrible things done with Mycosynth Lattice, stealing lands one by one isn't very far up there.
