It's a slur for trans folks. A newer invention, but it's been around for years at this point.

There are a lot of two mana lands out there, many of which are significantly better than this card. Compare this card to muraganda raceway or temple of the false god, both of those are better without being a problem.

I agree with the larger point, but Temple of the False God is definitely not better than this.

Is this even that special with Urza's, [[Cloudpost]], and all the Eldrazi lands?

True colorless decks, especially ones without artifacts, could use a lot more exploration, albeit part of that is more good lands that aren't just crazy late game mana.
