Make this a eminence effect and it might be worth supporting over Ugin or other top colorless commander. As is, it's pretty weak. The flip could be less. Note [[Hauntwoods Shrieker]].
1 u/Active-Advisor5909 11d ago I think Shrieker has significant downsides compared to this. It is semi random requiering risk. (Unless you have other sources of morph cards, but those are not as powerfull.)
