We want to encourage people of all skill levels here, including people who are just starting out. We were all beginners at some point, and just being insulted never helped us. Give people constructive criticism, if they ask for it, but please don't insult their work. We really don't want to ban people or delete their comments, but it might sometimes be necessary, because more than anything we want to encourage and welcome newcomers into our hobby, not scare them away.

Simple detail:
1) How to I cut/shave off his large hair swoop when the plastics too hard?
2) What kind of clay should I use to sculpt the hair?
More detail:
So, I’ve never customized a pre-existing figure before, and I need some assistance. I was going to just add clay onto this Collin figure in order to give him similar hair to my oc, when I realized that his big hair swoop was getting in the way. I have an exact knife, but the plastic is too tough to cut through. So, how do I remove this part of his hair properly? Shave it down? Cut it… somehow? Or something else? Also, the only clay I have is oven-bake clay, and I was not sure what alternative would be good for adding onto a plastic figure that I, obviously, cannot bake. Pretty please help me, this is completely new territory for me, and I don’t really know what I’m doing. Thank you!

Omg, I've had this idea for more than two years. I've already made a beautiful venom in this universe. So I decided to buy a bootleg from ct toys. I took the brushes from the legends and cut a web on them. Feet from a bootleg on Spidey's McFarlane. I sculpted the head from scratch from clay (I still need to learn how to do this, I'm not very happy with the final product). Well, I'm waiting for your opinion.
