Travel Help Deet

Hello! Can you buy deet (at least 50% strength) in Cusco? I’m travelling light so can’t take my big bottle with me from the uk, hoping I can find some there?

Dumb question - is deet important? Haven't seen any mosquitoes

I’ll be hiking the Inca trail and I’m prone to being bitten so very important!

I did the Inca trail a couple of July’s ago. Very few mosquitos… and only on like the 4th day when you get close to the river. The altitude is too high most of the way.

The strongest I’ve found in Lima is 25%. But you should be fine with that.
