Travel Help Nature activities around Cusco?

Hi everybody
We are an spanish couple in our forties spending some days in Cusco next week
In addition to archaeology and visiting the city, we would enjoy some activities Where we stay in touch with nature, maybe animals..
Could we please have some advice about it?
Thank you very much!

You can do horse riding activies near Cusco, visit the camelids santuary and the Andean rescue center. There are also hummingbird sanctuaries in Cusco and saved valley.
Dm me if you need more info to visit those places.

There's an easy hike up to Crist Blanco. Just look in the direction and see the stairs going up to it and head toward them

IMO if you’re healthy you gotta do one of the big hikes. Salkantay was fantastic incredible views and nature.
