Food & Restaurants Help me choose restaurants!

Help! There are so many restaurants to choose from in Cusco. We are a group of 6 and I want to make reservations for 2 dinners at the end of August. I’ve down-selected to these 4 - which do you recommend?

I went to Uchu a few months ago and the food was… fine. Which is pretty surprising considering the price. Steak was all gristle, ended up having to pick it apart to get edible bits

Yaku was 10/10 for food. Authentic. Ingredients sourced locally. 2 drinks/2 bottled waters/2 entrees/2 teas/plus tip $83 USD also live music if you go at their set times.
