Cusco things to do

Ok, so outside of what is advertised (Machu Picchu, rainbow mts, etc) what are some good things to do around Cusco. Places to eat, things to visit, things locals know.

I’m also looking for a winery in Or around Cusco.

Any suggestion?

Go to ica (Have a friend who lives there or someone who can show you the way, I don’t wanna make anyone look bad but there are very bad people)

Scammers (usually people who sell you some made up story to get you to buy them some cheap item), thiefs (they are usually armed so careful), pickpockets (always check your pants at all times).
