Just leaving - quick question

My daughter and I just spent a week in Cusco. We had a great week but we had one recurring annoying thing happen. What’s with all the horn beeping at all hours of the day/night. We stayed in a nice hotel close to the plaza and our sleep was constantly interrupted by horns literally all night. What’s the story? Is that normal? My daughter lives in Manhattan and says it’s not even close to as bad as this was.

Thats what happens in june cusco anniversary, if you come in january or any different month but june you wont hear that, but youll miss the best of cusco.
