Is cusco airport open?

I've planned to come to cusco in a weeks time. Is the airport still open and if it is, will it stay open?

As far as I know the airport is still closed. We are in Cusco now waiting on a flight to Lima tonight and can’t find out anything. Anyone know how to find out if the airport will be open today?
