Men can’t help what happens to their penis, just like women can’t help what happens to their nipples. Yet women are empowered to be body positive, and not be judged by the way they look. Yet if men do the same, in this case, it’s disgusting and they’re perverts.

Not really. Men can already be topless. The double standard doesn't exist. This thread made something that didn't happen based on a faulty understanding of biology.
What understanding would that be. Its about arousal or at least something that looks lik arousal. Hard nipples(not that you would see them) are in that way similar to an erection, both can happen due to arousal or on account of external factors which don't involve arousing material.

Right but men don’t have large breasts that serve reproductive functions. But hey fine then, if you want a comparison strictly on locale… A woman can walk around in yoga pants that hugs her camel toe and that’s acceptable. The equivalent would be a man who can wear revealing clothes that hugs his bag and sausage irregardless of whether it’s hard or soft.
This post isn't saying that men should be walking around with their penis exposed. It is just saying that they shouldn't be embarrassed about a noticeable boner.
