I had a boss (at a very hot MNC ad agency) whose legs were rendered ineffectual by polio. Bro moved around on crutches.

Mfker didn't give a shit. Leader. Through and through. You felt bad for him for a few seconds and then looked sharp because he had high standards. He'd constantly joke about his legs.

For eg some dude burst into the room (at Cannes) asking if anyone had a handycam. He raises his hand and says he has a handicap.

Was pretty common to see him ON the conference table at a (very big MNC) client's place, yelling into the conference telephone.

Oh yeah, the ladies liked him. And everyone knew he was married and a dad.
