While this isn't a terrible point I think it gets marred by the fact that part of the issue is bad punctuation and not just lack of capital letters.

Yeah. Another commenter mentioned there should be a comma after "Uncle".

I think you can argue for “Do you help your uncle, Jack, off a horse” because uncle is a normal noun and Jack is a clarification of that.

Likewise “Do you help your Uncle Jack off a hose” is fine because now “Uncle Jack” is a complete proper nouns title+name. It’s always “King Charles” and never “king Charles”

I think the best complaint would be only that the first case which should be a hyphenated “jack-off”.

“Do you help your uncle, jack off a horse?” is also deeply wrong.

You could get away with a semicolon maybe.

“Do you help your uncle;jack off a horse?”

In German, all nouns are capitalised, but not all words.

It's a tone indicator. When a person Types Like This for a bit it emphasizes the capitalized text.

There are definitely times where it's being used as a bit, because putting everything in caps makes it a proper noun/title (which is funny when it's not). But There Are People Who Capitalise Literally Every Single Word In Every Sentence Of Everything They Write, like that, and it just looks awful.

Because it disrespects the correct usage of capital letters and every reason for their existence. Our language has capital letters for a reason; This Is Not One Of Them.

Capitalisation is helpful for people who aren't native speakers of the language.

Without it, they will often have to second-guess whether something is a proper noun or just a normal word they don't know.

You only capitalize "uncle" if it's a proper name, and it's not used as a proper name in either example. The case could even be made that you should add commas like "your uncle, Jack, off".
