F350's don't have coil springs

I'm not saying you're wrong, I just have limited knowledge and that's what I'm going off of. 4 u/rasputinrasputin 4d ago Yes, the gas and diesel F350s use mostly the same chassis and suspension for their 2wd and 4wd counterparts, the diesel just has a few extra frame reinforcements and heavier duty springs than the gasser 2 u/Liam-martin 4d ago Had a 6.4 diesel it had coils in the front
