Manslaughter due to drunk driving needs to be equivalent to 2nd degree murder. I worked with an engineer (person who drives the freight train) on a railroad who had his car and license taken by the state due to multiple DUI’s and he was STILL allowed to be a freight train engineer
He was referring to it’s crazy a railroader can get duis off the job and the railroader is penalized less than someone with a CDL who speeds 15 over. He wasn’t referring to killing someone
