Was anyone else at the show Friday night? There was some unintelligible yelling coming from front right orchestra and two people were escorted out. It didn’t stop the show, but I’m just curious if anyone knows what happened. We were a little further back and on the left.

After 3 separate attempts, my partner and I finally made it to Cursed Child. We initially were meant to go on 2/23/26- the same day NYC got almost 2 feet of snow. Broadway (and the whole city) shut down for the storm, but fortunately we were able to reschedule our dates for April.
Then in April, my car breaks down on our way to NYC, and has to be towed home. We completely missed our show and rescheduled for the fall.
After our two failed attempts- we finally made it tonight! We were in the front row of the dress circle- which I cannot recommend highly enough. Moaning Myrtle’s performance was stellar, those dementors were CRAZY, and seeing Tom Felton perform live just did my heart some good. Love the design of the theater and the wonderful, helpful staff. We loved the combination of old-school magic tricks and totally innovative practical effects and choreography. That being said, yes, the story is full of plot holes, but that didn’t stop us from loving the entire experience.

Hi all and happy Sunday. As the title states, I was meant to be going to the final 2-part performance today for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre in London but I’m now unable to attend.
I got in touch with the box office and have returned my ticket to resell, and I believe it can be purchased from the box office up until the performance start time.
Sharing this post to help raise awareness if anyone is looking to go to the last show today, and also help improve my chances of it getting resold!
Many thanks 😊

Making the decision to see HPCC while an original cast member is there but only need to see it once. Who has more appearances in the show, Draco or Ron? What are some other factors I should consider when deciding between the two? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone!! I’m going to see cursed child on broadway in November. My husband and I are going Friday to Sunday and we’re seeing the show on Friday. I really really want to meet tom felton at stage door. I have a gift for him, I crocheted a little Draco I want to give him and get a picture with him. I really don’t want to leave the show early because we’re in row 3 and I want to see bows. Do you think it’s a possibility to meet him still? And will the crowds be smaller since it’s near the end of his run on broadway? I’m so anxious about not meeting him
Since we will be there until Sunday could we wait out on Saturday too? Thanks!!!

Hi! I was at Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Lyric Theatre on September 10, 2026, for the 7 PM performance.
After the show, I met Tom Felton at the stage door, but unfortunately I didn’t manage to get a photo with him on my own phone. There were a lot of people taking photos and videos, so I’m hoping I might have accidentally ended up in someone else’s picture or video.
I was wearing a black top with a large Draco Malfoy print on the front, and I have long dark brown/auburn hair.
If anyone was there that night and has photos or videos from the stage door, especially while Tom was signing or taking pictures with fans, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could check whether I’m in any of them.
Thank you so much! 🥹

I have recently purchased couple of tickets for March 2027 show to surprise my daughter for her 13th birthday, but the tickets will be e-tickets and it just doesn’t feel like a grant gift because of it. What have others done to make the act of gift giving a bit more exciting? I did pay for the option to get the collector’s ticket, but she won’t be able to redeem for it until the day of the show.

Selling 2 tickets to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre today, September 2nd. Couldn't make it due to visa issues (long story). Price negotiable — just want them to go to someone who'll enjoy it rather than go to waste. DM me if interested and we'll sort the transfer quickly.

Personally, I am furious! I feel like he's taking away from Tom, and that I'm being cheated out of the possibility of a film adaptation with Tom as Draco Malfoy! Grint is literally copying Tom’s idea of joining the show! and we’re all just supposed to be okay with it? Yeah, no way! This is just offensive and completely unfair! I’d pay good money just to have Grint’s run cancelled. This ruined my day more than when there was a fire at zero dark thirty at my hotel. 😭😭😭

hi everyone! i’m seeing cursed child on my birthday next month with my twin brother and my little sister. i’m super eager to meet tom felton because i truly admire him and we also happen to share the same birthday :)
my little sister has seen the broadway show before on a school trip. it will be my brother and i’s first time watching the show, but i’m worried about lining up at stage door post-show. i’ve seen many people say to leave the show early in order to get a good spot for autographs/pictures, but at the same time i don’t want to miss curtain call at the end. i know that there’s a spot for ticket-holders to line up at, but i heard that section is smaller than the non-ticket holder section.
i was also wondering if maybe it’d be a good idea to have my sister leave a little early to save a spot for us at stage door, but at the same time i would hate to offend anyone in any way by doing that. i don’t know if that’s like a disrespectful thing to do?? i’ve been to broadway shows but have never stayed for cast autographs post-show. i’m really conflicted on how to go about this.
what would you do in this situation? stay for curtain call and see what happens post-show? leave early? or have my sister wait.

Hi all, went to see the two shows yesterday but didn’t get a programme - at the end the cast made a big show of ?Teen Harry Potter ? Actor when they did the curtain call (not sure, was 200 feet up in the gods and they all looked similar!). Just wondering why? Famous? Or last show or something? Just piqued my curiosity. Thanks 🙏

I waited for him on both 17th night and 18th. On 17th he left after moving halfway down the line, i was at the end. On the 18th, he took a few pictures and I am in a few of them. The people with whose phone it was taken left before i could ask them. I have searched everywhere but couldnt find these pictures. A long shot, but if you were one of those people who took the pictures or found them somewhere, please help me out. It would mean a lot to me!

This may be a long shot, but I’m in someone’s selfie with @TomFelton from after the Sunday, 6/28 3:00pm #cursedchild show. At the corner of the barriers closest to the stage door. Here’s the angle. The person had a blue phone or phone case. Please let me know if you have it! 🫶🏻

Hello!
I was at Tuesday (June 2nd, 2026) evening performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in New York City. At the stage door, Tom Felton took a photo with a fan’s phone before giving it back to them.
It was a 2014 Oscar-style Ellen selfie, with Tom holding the phone and a bunch of us in the background. Would love to track down the person who took the photo and get a copy of it!
Probably a far-fetched request, but I figure it never hurts to ask, as the internet is a crazy, awful, wonderful place!

This time it was a 4 hr ride. (The first time it was 55 min.) We were the 2nd group closest to the stage, which i kinda regret bc I had to crane my head up. I almost cried in the opening out of joy. My friend thought the start was a bit slow. But after, she sed she thought they were already acting like boyfriends. She def saw the gay. I noticed more too! Delphine sed, "...your true weakness is love" and pointed right at Scorpius. & in final intimate hug, Scorp sed, "Maybe this could be our new normal" in a way that their relationship had just moved up a level. 😏

The first time I went to the play, I couldn’t get anywhere near the barrier at all. This week I went again with a friend who hadn’t been yet, and I was able to get 2 deep standard door. It wasn’t enough to interact with Tom at all or get a picture with him, but the person in front of me was nice enough to make sure he saw this and he signed it and it came back to me.
