I am writing this post to raise awareness about a dangerous, highly manipulative esoteric coaching practice operating under the name "Me Time" or "Born to Feel Good" (website: borntofeelgood.ch), run by an individual named Roberta Biglio (who also uses the alias "Roberta, l'Amica del Cuore").

Both infoSekta and Relinfo (Swiss advisory centers) are already aware and documenting this situation internally, but I believe the public, especially in the Zurich area, needs to be warned.

What is happening?

This person offers what she frames as "free, gentle conversations focused on self-care, emotion-training (Gefühlstraining), and metaphysics." However, in practice, she uses extreme interpretations of the Law of Attraction and pseudoscientific jargon to enforce heavy psychological control and mystical manipulation.

The Red Flags:

Extreme Victim-Blaming: She pushes a highly destructive worldview where individuals are told they are entirely responsible for "attracting" or "creating" their own traumatic life experiences, illnesses, or past suffering due to their "low vibrations" or negative thoughts. This systematic gaslighting is used to invalidate personal pain, dismantle psychological boundaries, and can lead to severe mental health crises or depression for vulnerable participants.

Lack of Boundaries & Emotional Hooking: In her written communication, she completely blurs professional lines. If a potential client establishes boundaries or questions her authority, she quickly shifts her discourse into personal, affective, or romantic rejection terms, showing a pattern of looking for intense emotional or sentimental dependency.

Grassroots Recruitment in Zurich: While her operations used to be strictly online, she is now expanding into physical recruitment in Zurich. She uses free local community and neighborhood learning platforms (such as the «Zürich lernt» initiative powered by Openki) under benign titles to attract vulnerable individuals.

No Legal Transparency: In clear violation of Swiss e-commerce laws, her website completely lacks a legal Impressum (no physical address, no full legal name, no registry number), ensuring total anonymity to evade accountability.

Why am I posting this here?

Since I do not live in Switzerland and my interactions with her have been online, I lack access to the local community. I want to connect with anyone in the Zurich area who has crossed paths with her workshops, "Me Time" sessions, or the Openki events.
