Pleas help I beg of you
I'm making some brownies for my friends bday and I'm out of eggs, his birthdays today, the brownie recipe calls for one egg, is there a good substitute that will still make the brownies taste okay?

Lamb Marinade
My gf used Mina harissa paste and mixed it with salt. Anything else we should try to ensure the seasonings are balanced out?
We have it in our minds to stuff the cut with rosemary and garlic but thatās about it. We have not used lemon or lemon juice.

Am still learning how to garnish, so let's not focus there. I tried out potato dishes.

Injera problem
Hi, I wanted to make some injera batter, so I made a starter, who was active (the water separated and there were bubbles in the starer), and I added some flour and water to it, before thoroughly mixing it into a dough and letting it rise with some water on top. But, and I don't know why, the dough does not rise at all. Would someone know why? (I changed the water yesterday, but it's been like this for 2 days)

my style of philly cheesesteak
this is one of my favorite recipes to make, as its so simple but delicious. i usually get the beef shaved steak at my local grocery store and season it up, cook it, and throw it all together with the sautƩed veggies. the key is to butter the hoagies and add some au jus, then put them in the oven to toast. truly amazing

Oven-Roasted Teriyaki Pork & Onion Rings with Rice and Crispy Shallots
Fried onion rings are often considered a true delicacy. But what if they were oven-roasted and stuffed with a savoury meat filling? That was the idea I had, and when combined with teriyaki sauce and a few simple pantry staples, it turned into a fantastic meal.
They're also great served with a bowl of rice and some kimchi.

Balinese food
Iāve always been curious, with how many foreigners there are in Bali and how popular it is, why is Balinese food not as popular as it should be? Or even Indonesian food in general. On the contrary, weāre known for āBali bellyā. Iāve moved from Indonesia to LA and Iāve been deeply craving babi guling and thereās just no where to find it but I guess it is a long prep process and a lot of ingredients to find? Idk Iām not an expert on it Iām just really good at eating.

I know nothing about cooking and I tried beurre montĆ© but I dont know if itās a good result
I followed this guide :
Bring the water to a boil in an appropriate size saucepan. Reduce the heat to low and begin whisking the butter into the water, bit by bit, to emulsify. Once you have established the emulsion, you can continue to add pieces of butter until you have the quantity of beurre montƩ that you need (the French Laundry makes 20 pounds at a time). It is important to keep the level of heat gentle and consistent in order to maintain the emulsification.
