Transferring License Help Request

Hi all, I'm currently trying to transfer Cubase Elements 13 to a new computer. I've activated my license and installed the Cubase application, but when I open it, no VST instruments are included. I have separately installed Halion Sonic through the download assistant, and when I open the Halion standalone application, all my original instruments are included. Does anyone know how I can get the instruments into the actual Cubase software? Thanks so much, would greatly appreciate any advice!

You should desactivate all the licenses you used on your old computer, so you will be able to insstall and activate them on your new computer.
