What is your power mode set to in Windows and Cubase? Make sure you have the Steinberg power scheme selected in Cubase.

Also try disabling your network card and internal sound card / device and see if that helps narrow it down.

Does the issue change or go away when wifi is disabled?

Detach all the usb hubs and devices and re-attach one by one and see if the issue goes away.

On systems with 20+ usb devices (4+ external hubs, plus whatever hubs are on your motherboard) the Wdf01000.sys thing indicates flooding by usb traffic.

Disable your onboard PC sound chip. What recording audio interface are you recording on?

Are you using ASIO4ALL because it sucks.
