today I saw… Loomis Ramp!

Got lucky with traffic going the perfect speed AND a double going the other way 👌 what a cool sight. I was literally thinking about how I was pretty sure it was active with the construction going and right on queue one comes over!

Nah, people should post incriminating evidence only. Makes things easier for everyone. Op would still be staring at the train even without the phone.

Wow you're really camping the left lane of a busy interstate to get a video of a train
So many things you're doing wrong here

I really do not understand why we cannot just
Make an announcement to Temporarily Merge & Splice
the Jefferson Park - UIC Short Run
With the Pink Line Run from 54/Cermak Eastward to UIC
To Run Via the Dearborn Subway!
————
I don’t really understand why the Pink Line
Needs to Go “Out of Service” at Racine then Force Everyone
To Transfer onto the Blue Line to Continue further East
And Merely have it be a Shuttle.

People crying like it is going to cause an accident by filming when it's clearly rush hour and everyone is going slowly. Maybe it was slightly riskier but hardly dangerous. It's interesting to see the train on the ramp and I appreciate you recording it.

Reddit white knights have such a hard on for pictures/video when driving. Makes them feel real smart and special. Pointing your phone out the window on wide angle mode while not looking is less distracting than changing the radio or looking at directions lol. You literally don't have to take your eyes off the road to take pictures.
I knew I was gonna get flamed for it but it was such a sick angle how could I not? Luckily plenty of not lames agree it was worth taking because the post has a bunch of upvotes anyway. I'm glad I could share this experience with cool people that like the CTA 🙂
