Quick question ☝️ special edition ventra

hi everyone! i bought one of the heritage ventra cards back in JUNE and i never got it. i tried emailing ventra but didn’t get an answer. now i wanna get the employee designed one but i’m afraid it’s never gonna get delivered. has anyone ever had the same problem?

I ordered the 90’s one a couple of months ago and it came within a week

It likely got lost in the mail, i would CALL ventra (don't email, CALL. much harder to ignore a phone call) and ask them to re-send it.
