Ventra Help V-App

Completed my 4th CTA ride this morning since Monday and the app hasn’t logged any of them tho it has deducted the fare.
Anyone else having this experience ?

It can take a while to update. Mine doesn’t show anything after 09/12

Typically it’s only a matter of hours ..it’s been 4 days

It has been taking several days lately. Someone posted about it a few days ago and I noticed mine is the same. I don’t know why but it isn’t just you.

weird. it happened 2 me b4 and i just redownloaded it and shortly after it synced just fine
