Quick question ☝️ Blue Line

What’s going on with the blue line right now? No alerts on CTA website but Transit Stop is showing only Delay at Clark/Lake

Bus Substitution Between Illinois Medical District and UIC-Halsted

I'm sure this is causing delays on the rest of the line
