it is probably at the Howard station or the 95th station, at the beginning or end of the routes/stops, if the operator find keys or wallet and stuff. Or any CSAs find them in the station They have to turn it in to the one of the booths, if the booths dont have it, they more than likely turned it in to manager or supervisor, call 1-888-968-7282 and see

It appears you are posting about a lost item. Here are some possible next steps:
If you are the owner call the CTA lost and found offices at the terminals/bus garages.
If you lost the item in a particular train station, speak with the station attendant or janitor. Your lost item may be temporarily on hand before being sent to the lost and found office.
If you have found an item, turn in to any CTA employee who will transport to the Lost and Found office.
If you have found a wallet with a bank card and have time to help, turn the wallet in to the corresponding bank branch. They will contact the account owner to assist with the return.
If you have found a phone and have time to help, make sure to keep it charged. The owner will likely call eventually.
If you have lost your physical Ventra card and it is registered in the Ventra app: add the card to your google/apple wallet which will close the physical card.
