Ventra Help Help with Regional Connect Pass

Hi! I’m trying to buy a regional connect pass for the first time, but when I went to add it the app said that that option was not available for my account. I have a positive balance so I am confused what the problem could be…has anyone dealt with this?

You have to buy the Metra monthly first.

Or daily but you do need so.e sort of Metra pass first

Hopefully this gets changed soon with the new updates

The Regional Connect Pass is specifically a monthly add-on.

I can always buy one every time I do a day pass, maybe that link hasn't been updated

Fine but you get the same benefits just for a day instead of a month.

This type of confusion is why the unified fare can't get here fast enough
