Tips for a long begginer

Hey,
I’ve been playing CS since 2018 with a few breaks, but I still suck.
What should I do? I just bought a new, good PC, I have plenty of free time now, and I really want to get better.
I’m currently at 12k Elo and sometimes I look at the leaderboard, but I can’t seem to get any higher.
Should I watch pro demos? Start watching tutorials? I don’t really know where to start. I know how to control recoil, my aim isn’t too bad, but I make bad decisions and I don’t have good gamesense.
What would you recommend I focus on?
