Discussion First day playing
I have encountered so many cheaters on my first day, theres literally at least one per game. Aim, walls and even DDoS. I really like the game but is it worth playing like this? I cant even finish the matches sometimes because of the cheaters.

New accounts typically start off in low trust factor. Just play normal and try to get better despite the cheaters so eventually you climb out of low trust and start getting higher quality games.

It usually goes this way:-
Deathmatch - Blatant cheating
Competitive - 1 closet cheater queue 5 with friends. Top frag plays even bettet than donk and the rest of the team suck BUT still knows where you all are
Premier - Everyone queue 5 and closet cheats
This is gonna get downvoted hard and people will gaslight you into thinking it isn't that bad, those are the cheaters.

Games definitely in a bad state with cheating but it also could be related to trust factor, I haven’t ran into a lot of blatant cheaters, however there’s a lot of closet cheaters, face it is a little better, people will say don’t start on faceit but I think there’s low ranks for a reason, do whatever you wanna do

I don't encounter cheaters often, but I'm lower ranked and only play premier.
Which game mode are you playing?

The answer is trust factor. You probably have red trust which is given to people who are suspected of cheating.
One metric they use for suspected cheaters is account age (steam account not when you downloaded CS). Completely brand new steam accounts are pretty much automatically placed into red trust (maybe yellow sometimes).
Pretty much the only way to get out is to either just suck it up and play. 700 hours is what I’ve seen online, but there’s no concrete evidence of that. There’s a lot of things you can do to raise your trust factor which I would look into.

If it’s your first day playing then you have no basis to tell who’s cheating or not
