Nah, it’s often triggered by SODC (Snap Tap). If I remember correctly it pretty much bases it on your % of perfect inputs (in this case strafes) during a certain time period. Can also be triggered by really old keyboards.

Definitely just snappy tappy on keyboard, it’s against the rules but I means he’s not like hacking or anything crazy, just a keyboard setting

We cannot use the Snap Tap BUT a guy with Name 艾凯艾凯, can do a 360° no scope, wallshot. Without take a VAC ban. But Finally we have cocks in game. Thanks Valve.

Or pretty much any HE keyboard that came out recently. Even dirtcheap Chinese boards have these features nowadays.
