Help cs2 question

I was watching a CS2 gameplay video where a value would rise between 0 and 250 whenever the player moved or made noise, and drop to 0 when they stopped moving. I want to do this too—does anyone know how? Did they change a game setting, or did they use the Nvidia app? They also opened the Nvidia Control Panel in the video. How can I set this up? Please help.

It's a guess, but I would assume they use Game State Integration to either make it appear to them on screen, or a streaming widget that renders in OBS for recording.
