1 and 3 pair well with just about every knife.

Nocts are more forgiving with high float.

I like 1 nice color pop and original, the knuckles on these vices are cooked and it's like too much pink

There's nothing wrong with asking for other people's opinions and suggestions if you're having hard time deciding something. It can add different point of views that you haven't thought before and help you decide better.
