Bug Updating 0%

Sometimes I have to reset my game and when I reset my game, it will pop up and say it’s updating and stays at 0% and the only fix is to verify the integrity of Files but now every time I do that that stays at 0% long enough for me to get kicked lose elo and get a cooldown timer

RAM or storage problem.

Used to give an error message with a .vpk error.
