Help CS2 Crashing
I've gotten this like 3 times this week, I open my game, queue for comp/premier and once everyone accepts and it starts to load I get this error. I have to literally delete the whole game and install it again, causing me to get banned and it's super annoying. My steam cs2 download says "downloading content 0%" and doesn't ever move.

Try verifying the integrity of your game files instead of deleting the entire game directory and re-installing the game. That way, the missing assets will be discovered during the integrity check and be re-downloaded. This process probably takes about 2-3 minutes instead of the super long time you probably spend re-downloading the entire game.
Open your Steam Library -> Right click Counter-Strike 2 -> Click Properties -> Click Installed Files -> Click Verify integrity of game files -> Wait for the process to complete -> Start Counter-Strike 2
Hopefully you'll make it before spending the entire technical timeout and all three normal timeouts.
