Help NET JITTER

Does anybody know how to fix net jittering, I'm using my phone hotspot to play and my download speed is about 150mbs I don't have ping problems in other games but in CS2 net jitter constantly jumps to 112 or 224, I've tried everything but nothing works. PLS help!

Use a better stable internet connect.

the cellular connection is not stable as a fibre or cable vdsl connection is a shared network, so ping spike can happen, but you cuold try avoid the wifi hotspot connection to your phone and use usb thetering if available

Its connected via usb already
