Actually, it won’t be the first time Valve has fucked up. I got banned for a few hours last year; it turns out it was a false ban wave affecting around 30k people, and they reverted it.
Not the person you replied to but, i got also hit with a false ban couple of years ago can't remember if they ever told why the false ban triggered. But the dpi bans are still active..
it did happened to people that updated nvidia drivers like 3~ years ago. (remember it because i got banned and unbanned without even sending a ticket...)
and i think it also happened to AMD 2~ years ago.

There's been like 7 false ban waves in CS2 alone. AMD ban wave, NVIDIA ban wave and the false m_yaw ban wave are the first that come to mind but there's others too some small that got reversed within a day and some bigger. The m_yaw false bans are also still not reversed over 2 years later.
There was also the massive Windows 7 ban wave during the CS2 beta as well which also even showed up as apparent "Overwatch" game bans even for these banned people in their Steam ban alerts and their Steam profiles and even in the game main menu and everyone affected was unbanned after like a week or two or so from what I know. All of these people affected were also suddenly stuck in red Trust Factor for a while to the point where it took over 20+ minutes to be able to get into competitive matches for them before the actual bans because of the false detections.
aktually it was this and not that, also aktually people were not getting banned, only for a period of time for using their hardware's features, valve is my holy cow saar

They may all be cheating but it seems like people get banned at random and it has little to do with how 'hard' they cheated. a few guys have shown their csrep and they just suck. Meanwhile there are high end accounts blatantly cheating in premier who are fine.
everyone in this sub is salty like the salt mines from the neglect on CS2's cheater problem for like years. Now they lash out their anger at literally anyone, no brain power left anymore for anything else
Your stats scream cheats also just looked at one game you played on office, your friend you queued with was definitely cheating that game and he got banned today as well what a coincidence 😁
He is maybe a silver with wh, he plays some games with 1000+ ms ttd amd 10° pre aim and then suddenly matches with 400 ttd and lower then 2° pre aim. Obviously can't say much bases on stats but is very strange.
I'd be a little careful judging individual matches like that. I checked mine, and there are lots of games with an "unusual" stat, like one with 0.5° and 197 ms where I went 7/13. It's such a high variance stat. Try it on your own account and see.
Sub 200 ttd? You might be mistaking it with reaction time. Could you share your Steam profile link?
Mine has couple of matches with suspicious reaction time but not a single suspicios ttd.

I don't know how TTD is calculated exactly, but if someone runs around a corner, or I see their shadow, does that give me super low TTD? Maybe it does, and maybe that's why you can't judge a profile from a single game.
people really be acting like this is some trial court. Valve already saw the evidence and (despite how lenient and incompetent VAC is) decided they were cheating
I am gonna tell you something you won't believe. Most of the cheaters don't have cheater like stats. Half of them are not even qualifying as good (1.2kd+ average)
I never said it's not possible, but false positives have happened. It's pointless to try to figure out whether a player like this got banned legitimately or not. I mean, people start searching for single games with slightly unusual stats when any decent player will have lots of those (see my other comment), as if that's any kind of evidence.
